A team of researchers at Michigan State University has developed a new type of solar concentrator that when placed over a window creates solar energy while allowing people to actually see through the window. It is called a transparent luminescent solar concentrator and can be used on buildings, cell phones and any other device that has a clear surface. And, according to Richard Lunt of MSU’s College of Engineering, the key word is “transparent.”

How's it going, my name is Max and I just saw you post something about Detroit. Are you from there? I was there last summer for a week and biked around finding shit to do. What are some good new bands from there? I want to visit again but wanna see different stuff. THanks.
Hi! I’m mary and I live an hr outside of Detroit. Some current bands from the area right now off the top of my head are detain, spitback, breaking wheel, spiked collar, freedom, and true love and I know I’m missing some but I’m running out of time on my lunch break. A lot of great hardcore shows come through refuge skate shop, a lot of great punk shows come through the precinct, and a lil bit of everything comes through the sanctuary. There’s some great vegan spots if you’re into that, Detroit vegan soul is my fav!!!! But if you don’t swing that way you gotta hit up slows bbq. The Detroit institute of art is awesome and only 8 bucks to get in to. Belle isle is awesome, complete with an abandoned zoo unless they tore that down at some point. There’s tons of abandoned things to look at if you like abandoned things. Tons of thriving things too! Detroit is sick
Also I forgot to mention a lot of stuff but I wanted to make sure to add the Motown museum
